We build a small number of custom homes each year, mostly infills in established neighbourhoods where the lot, the neighbours and the City all need careful handling.
If you already have an architect, we'll price their drawings and work alongside them. If not, we'll introduce you to designers we trust and stay involved from the first sketch so the design matches your budget.

What’s included
- Pre-construction
- Budgeting during design, so you're not surprised when drawings are done. Survey, geotechnical and engineering arranged.
- Demolition and permits
- Utility disconnects, demolition, development and building permits, and communication with neighbours before work begins.
- Construction
- A dedicated site lead, a shared schedule and weekly updates with photos, so you always know where the build stands.
- Warranty
- New homes are enrolled in Alberta's mandatory new home warranty program, plus our own follow-up visits after you move in.
How long it takes
A typical custom infill takes 10 to 14 months of construction after permits are issued.

Do you build on my lot or do you sell lots?
We build on lots our clients own. If you're still looking, we're happy to walk a property with you before you buy.
Is the price fixed?
Once drawings and selections are complete, we provide a fixed-price contract. Allowances are spelled out line by line so you know exactly what's included.
Can you build a home with a secondary suite?
Yes. Many of our infills include a legal basement suite or are designed to add a backyard suite later.
