Home renovations in Calgary

Most of our renovation work is in older Calgary homes: 1950s bungalows, 1970s splits and infills that need a second look. We open up walls, move kitchens, finish basements and bring tired houses up to current code.

You deal with one project lead the whole way through. They price the job, run the schedule, manage the trades and walk the finished house with you.

Questions about home renovations

We also do basement suites and backyard suites and custom homes.

Can we live in the house during the renovation?

Often, yes. For smaller projects we seal off the work area and keep a kitchen or bathroom running. For whole-home work we'll tell you honestly at the first visit whether moving out will save time and money.

Do you pull the permits?

Yes. We prepare drawings, apply for City of Calgary building and trade permits, and book all inspections.

Can you build a legal basement suite?

Yes. We'll check your home against the current requirements for secondary suites, then design and build to meet them so the suite can be registered.

Tell us what you’re thinking of building.

We'll come out, look at the house or lot, and give you an honest read on scope, timing and cost. No charge for the first visit.
